Effective 20 September 2026. This notice covers the S4F.Solutions website and initial service or Astrelia pilot inquiries. It does not describe the data arrangements for a future consulting engagement or application pilot, which will be agreed separately.

When you email S4F, we receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, email address, organization and inquiry. We use that information to respond, assess whether we can help and manage the resulting business correspondence.
Website operation
This website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, account registration or a server submission form. Its email links open your email application. Our hosting provider may process technical access logs, including IP addresses, requested pages and browser information, to operate and secure the website.
Service providers and disclosure
Namecheap provides website hosting and Microsoft provides our business email. Those services may process information as part of their operation. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect rights and security. This website does not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Retention and your choices
We retain business correspondence as needed to respond, manage an ongoing relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you provided. We will consider requests under applicable requirements; some records may need to be retained for legal or business obligations.
Security and sensitive information
No internet or email transmission can be guaranteed secure. Please do not send confidential client records, health information, credentials or other sensitive personal information in an initial inquiry. We will agree an appropriate exchange method if such information is necessary.
